Privacy
How your information is collected, used, and protected when you use MASTER PRO 242™.
Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy policy describes how Dr. Elena Simona Tomozii (Work & Organizational Psychologist) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the MASTER Leadership Inventory PRO 242™ (MLIP 242™) Service. The Service is developmental and is not a clinical, diagnostic, or psychological testing instrument.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you register and take the inventory: your name and email, your responses to the assessment items, and any information you give us when commissioning a cohort or enterprise engagement. Payment details are handled by our third-party payment provider and are not stored by us.
How we use your information
We use your information to generate and deliver your report, to operate your account and session, to administer cohort and enterprise engagements under their agreed governance schedule, and to respond to your queries. We do not use your responses to train external models, and we do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent, the performance of the contract to deliver your report, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Sharing and access
Your individual report is confidential to you and the practitioner supporting you. Results are not shared within an organisation without your explicit consent. Cohort and enterprise reports never name or identify an individual participant. We share data only with the third-party payment provider (for transactions) and as required by law.
International transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in line with applicable data protection law.
Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for the period needed to meet legal, contractual, or governance obligations. Cohort and enterprise retention is set out in the governance schedule agreed in writing before administration.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, object to processing, and request portability of your data. To exercise any right, contact us at elena@tomozii.com.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using appropriate safeguards.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy policy from time to time. The version current at the time you use the Service is the version that applies to that use.
