By accessing or using the MASTER Leadership Inventory PRO 242™ (MLIP 242™) ("the Service"), operated by Dr. Elena Simona Tomozii, Work & Organizational Psychologist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service provides a developmental self-report leadership assessment and generates a personal report based on your responses. The Service is not a clinical, diagnostic, or psychological testing instrument. It does not diagnose personality, mental health, or any medical condition, and must not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, discipline, or termination decisions.

The Service is accessed through your account and, for participants, through time-limited session links. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any session or resume link confidential, as they provide access to your assessment and report.

Four report tiers are offered: the paid Executive Profile™ report, the paid Executive Advanced™ report, the paid Organisational Pro™ report (per participant, includes cohort analysis), and the Enterprise Leadership Intelligence™ engagement (custom quote). Paid reports are generated from the same set of responses and may be upgraded without retaking the inventory, in line with our published pricing at the time of purchase.

Payments for paid tiers are processed by a third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to that provider's applicable terms. All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable processing unless stated otherwise.

The MASTER Leadership Inventory PRO 242™, the MASTER 242™ mark, the MASTER Leadership Assessment Framework™, all item content, scoring methodology, interpretive language, and report templates are the intellectual property of Dr. Elena Simona Tomozii. Your generated report is licensed to you for personal or internal organizational use and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to create derivative assessment instruments.

You agree to provide honest responses, use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the assessment item bank or scoring logic.

Your responses and personal information are used to generate and deliver your report and to operate the Service, in accordance with applicable data protection law. We do not sell your personal data. Cohort and enterprise data is handled under a governance schedule agreed in writing before administration. See our Privacy policy for detail.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions made in reliance on a report, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
